***Did you know that if you passed SPM Prinsip Perakaunan, you automatically receive a credit exemption for the LCCI Level 2 Bookkeeping & Accounting certificate? This means you only need to complete and pass two additional Level 2 papers to obtain your LCCI Level 2 Diploma.

4. LCCI Examination – Computer Based Exam
Starting from 2024, IAB UK is the official assessing body for LCCI examinations. All LCCI exams are now conducted as computer-based examinations (CBE) and must be taken at approved IAB LCCI exam centres—of which Genesis Origo is one.
When you register for the LCCI exam, you will also gain access to a trial assessment, allowing you to familiarise yourself with the actual CBE interface and exam format before your official sitting.
Our LCCI classes, tutorials, and revision sessions are specifically designed to prepare you for the CBE format and to ensure you enter the exam with confidence.

Intakes
Our intakes run throughout the year. Key intakes are in the months of January, March, May, July, September, November.
Scholarship
Genesis Origo Merit’s Scholarship (up to 100% scholarship) is available for SPM / STPM (or equivalent) high achievers. Financial aid is available for B20 households. We also offer flexible instalment schemes. Find out more details of our Scholarship Scheme.
Entry Requirements
There is no minimum or formal qualification required to start your LCCI studies. You have to be of minimum 16 years of age to register for LCCI examination. You can sit for Level 3 exam directly without taking Level 1 and Level 2 examinations.
Duration
Minimum 16 years old for examination. Study age can be started from 13 years old. You can complete the entire level of the LCCI studies in 8 months. Do not worry if you need more time, as our study method is very flexible and you can take a slower pace, especially for part-time students with job commitments or family commitments.
Study Mode
LCCI certification comprises many different types of papers, but at Genesis Origo, we offer mainly Accounting and Business oriented subjects. Our classes are conducted in the weekday evenings, suitable for students whom are working in the day time. However, all our classes are accessible from our GO Portal – anytime, anywhere.

Which Level of LCCI Should I Start With?
You should begin with LCCI Level 2 if you already have basic accounting knowledge, such as SPM/O-Level Accounting or relevant work experience. If your accounting foundation is not strong, we can support you with an LCCI Level 1 Bookkeeping class at (complimentary) when you enrol in our LCCI Level 2 package. This ensures you build a solid foundation before progressing.
For individuals with extensive accounting work experience, beginning at LCCI Level 3 may be suitable. We encourage you to speak with our team to assess whether this pathway is right for you. However, if you do not have prior costing knowledge, we strongly recommend taking LCCI Level 2 Cost Accounting first to ensure you are well-prepared for the Level 3 Cost and Management Accounting paper.

Course Fees

Effective Online Study Features
Progression after LCCI

After completing the LCCI Level 2 Diploma, students are eligible to advance to the LCCI Level 3 Diploma. This progression equips them with deeper expertise in accounting and finance, preparing them for entry-level positions such as accounts executive or finance assistant.
Following the LCCI Level 3 Diploma, students have the opportunity to further their studies with internationally recognized qualifications like ACCA or CIMA. Beginning these programs with ACCA’s Knowledge papers and proceeding to complete at least two Skill level papers enables students to also qualify for the IAAP UK Advanced Diploma in Accounting, enhancing their professional standing and opening up more advanced career opportunities.
These pathways not only augment the students’ credentials but also significantly broaden their career prospects in the global finance industry.
